The Matrix is an interactive map on empowering adult learning organisations to amplify learners\u2019 voices, co-create solutions, and drive inclusive change. Explore more than 30 good practices from around Europe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Matrix contains <strong>good practice examples<\/strong> from Ireland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, and Austria, and international practices. The Matrix explores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who can participate in education processes and what are the conditions of participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How communities, societies, and policies can be impacted by adult learners\u2019 participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How learners\u2019 voices can be equally valuable and influential as that of other education stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-genially wp-block-embed-genially\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" title=\"ENHANCE matrix\" frameborder='0' width='1200' height='675' src='https:\/\/view.genially.com\/6687ae6995a2850014a4212d#?secret=kTHOmuPysd' data-secret='kTHOmuPysd' scrolling='yes'><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Discover more on the ENHANCE<\/strong> <strong>project <\/strong>and how this tool is shaping inclusive education practices across Europe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enhancelearnervoice.com\/enhance-matrix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Just4All National Background Papers On Just Transition, Lifelong Learning and Adult Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABF<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Ligue de l\u2019enseignement<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>CARDET&nbsp;<\/strong>et&nbsp;<strong>AONTAS<\/strong>, affiliated entities of the EU-funded<a href=\"https:\/\/www.solidar.org\/project\/just4all-adult-education-for-a-just-transition\/\"><strong>Just4All project&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a>have produced 4 background papers about the contexts in&nbsp;Ireland,&nbsp;France,&nbsp;Cyprus&nbsp;and&nbsp;Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 4 national background papers illustrate the state of play of policies aimed at developing adequate adult learning schemes to support a just transition. The papers include policy recommendations for the national level. Building on the recommendations provided by the partners about the national contexts, SOLIDAR put together a leaflet with policy recommendations for the European level.
