Ils peuvent le faire gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la garantie et \u00e0 la protection des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un espace de libert\u00e9 pour les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation des OSC au dialogue civil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne le deuxi\u00e8me point, nous \u00e9valuons \u00e9galement si la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile est impliqu\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re significative dans le processus du Semestre europ\u00e9en. Pour les pays candidats \u00e0 l'UE, nous contr\u00f4lons l'implication des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile dans les r\u00e9formes n\u00e9cessaires au processus d'adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Nous consid\u00e9rons l\u2019espace civique comme essentiel \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une Europe plus sociale.
