Monitoruesi i t\u00eb Drejtave Sociale vler\u00ebson zbatimin e Shtyll\u00ebs Evropiane t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave Sociale (EPSR) n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar nga perspektiva e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile. EPSR - i njohur gjithashtu si Shtylla Sociale - \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb grup prej 20 parimesh q\u00eb udh\u00ebheqin veprimin e Bashkimit Evropian n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve dhe politikave sociale. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, synohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb busull q\u00eb drejton BE-n\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb Evrope m\u00eb sociale. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz, megjithat\u00eb, zbatimi i k\u00ebtyre parimeve n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar dhe t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ende nj\u00eb realitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monitoruesi i t\u00eb Drejtave Sociale gjithashtu heton sh\u00ebndetin e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs qytetare dhe dialogun social dhe civil n\u00eb BE, si dhe shkall\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn po ndiqet nj\u00eb tranzicion i drejt\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ai amplifikon z\u00ebrat dhe nevojat e grupeve m\u00eb t\u00eb margjinalizuara. Vendeve u caktohet nj\u00eb pik\u00eb p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn fush\u00eb tematike nga nj\u00eb maksimum prej 100 pik\u00ebsh. Kjo e b\u00ebn t\u00eb dukshme menj\u00ebher\u00eb se si \u00e7do vend po performon n\u00eb \u00e7do fush\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebson krahasimin me vendet e tjera. Rezultatet numerike burojn\u00eb nga vler\u00ebsimet e Grupeve t\u00eb Strategjis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare (NSG) p\u00ebr zhvillimet komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb drejtat sociale, hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn qytetare dhe tranzicionin e drejt\u00eb. Zhvillimet negative n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb rezultate m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta. NSG-t\u00eb i vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebto zhvillime p\u00ebr \u00e7do vend duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur pyetjeve t\u00eb shkall\u00ebs Linkert. Since the SRM score reflects the NSG\u2019s assessment of changes\u2014either improvements or deteriorations\u2014in each of the five areas over the past 12 months, it does not represent the overall status of these dimensions in absolute terms. Instead, it highlights recent trends. For example, a country with a historically strong welfare state might receive a low score if recent reforms have significantly weakened social rights or pose a risk of doing so. This does not imply that the overall situation is poor, but rather that recent developments are cause for concern and may undermine social standards over time.
Therefore, the SRM should not be used to compare the overall situation of social rights across countries\u2014official statistics are more appropriate for that purpose. Instead, it serves as a tool to track short-term national trends and to understand the perspectives of civil society organizations (CSOs) on these developments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
