The ENHANCE Matrix

Les ENHANCE Cartesian Matrix is a unique tool that highlights learners’ voices and participation across Europe. The Matrix is an interactive map on empowering adult learning organisations to amplify learners’ voices, co-create solutions, and drive inclusive change. Explore more than 30 good practices from around Europe!

The Matrix contains good practice examples from Ireland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, and Austria, and international practices. The Matrix explores:

  • Who can participate in education processes and what are the conditions of participation
  • How communities, societies, and policies can be impacted by adult learners’ participation
  • How learners’ voices can be equally valuable and influential as that of other education stakeholders

The papers include policy recommendations for the national level. Building on the recommendations provided by the partners about the national contexts, SOLIDAR put together a leaflet with policy recommendations for the European level. The one-pager leaflet is available in English with four background papers available in English, Greek, French and Swedish.
